Training

We take training seriously and consider it as valuable an investment as the new design you are planning. After all, it is your employees who operate and maintain this capital investment.

We offer the following training services to meet the unique needs of your organization:

Orientation Guide

Identify technical and administrative areas, work flow of system, and the equipment implemented in your facility. Supervisor time is maximized by answering questions that can be addressed up front, and productivity also maximized by making sure employees do not fall behind or become confused.

Operator Training

Customized to train on every function or only the equipment functions relevant to your organizational policies and operations. No time is wasted discussing functions you will not use, have not purchased, and do not deem valuable. Additionally, we have found that bridging the “vocabulary” gap between operators and engineers reduces down-time during problematic situations.

Engineering Training

Optimize the design process by sharing the solutions to issues discovered during the integration phase in addition to the documentation, patch panel, and orientation training normally offered.

Coordination of Manufacturer-Purchased Training

This type of training is very effective for the maintenance engineering staff. However, it can be very time-consuming and frustrating to arrange. We will be glad to coordinate this training, making sure that loaner equipment is available if required, and that the factory trainer has all resources needed to conduct an effective training session.

The Development Process

The difference between manufacturer-provided training and training customized to meet your needs is YOU.  We partner with you to assess your needs and recommend unique training solutions based on your equipment and end-user profiles. We gather input from your operators, management staff, supervisors, lead operators, and your engineering team to ensure training content is compliant with your organizational policies and workflow.

Class Implementation

Customized reference material is developed around the operational policies and functions outlined in the development process. This material includes quick reference aids, PowerPoint presentations, lesson plans, white papers, and specifications sheets.  All material is reproduced and organized for quick retrieval. Electronic versions are also supplied for easy storage, future revision, and reproduction. Classes are 100% audited and utilize an evaluation form to monitor how well the class is achieving the identified goals.

An extensive summary of training efforts will be presented to you at the completion of all training efforts for quantitative analysis. This report will summarize the evaluation results and document what worked, what solutions were implemented, and what the students thought of the training experience.
