First, we plan the project in exhaustive detail, searching for the voice of the customer (VOC). We deliver a clearly defined statement of work and a written price warranty for design at the end of this step.
Second, we design the project in complete detail down to the last cable and connector. At the end of this step we deliver the completed construction drawings, a 100% accurate equipment list, a detailed project implementation schedule, a final project budget to the penny and an acceptance test plan (ATP). The ATP will be conducted later in the project as the client’s assurance that the goals of the project have been met.
Finally, we build the facility according to the plans that were developed in step two. We deliver a completed system on time, on budget and fully tested. Training is conducted. The acceptance test plan is performed with the client and the turnover of final as-built documents made. The project is commemorated with the signing of the project’s Certificate of Completion.
